"I called and left a message for a call back on Sunday and Jessie called me back on that Monday. I found him to be pleasant and very easy to work with. I advised Jessie what the problem was with mine and my tenants roof and I ask him what he thought it would take to repair both sides. He had quoted me a price, but after his assistant had looked at what was needed, he was upfront and advised that it would be more and gave me a bottom line price which I thought was reasonable and fair. Jessie's assistant came and completed the project in one day and I was pleased with the finished product. Thanks Jessie, I will refer and use your services again in the future."

"We are pleased with NVB Contracting overall. We called them based on a referral from a neighbor who had an excellent experience with them. NVB helped us work with our insurance company, met the adjuster at our house and ensured that he saw the wind damage that they had found, and agreed to do the repair work for the compensation our insurance company decided on. They took photos of everything before they did the work. The process of selecting our new shingles and other materials was very easy, and I understand from friends in the business that we got quality materials. When the work was completed it was done well. The roof was removed and replaced in one day. The one negative is around clean up. A month later I find a few roofing nails in the yard and some misc old shingle and roof paper debris that comes from gutters, bushes and trees. Not a large amount and I hear from others that had their roofs replaced this is normal. For the approximate estimate the roof surface area is 2942 or 29.42 squares."

"I noticed I had lost some shingles during a storm. I contacted Eastern and spoke to Buckey, he was very professional and he came out the next day. He noticed other damage when he inspected the roof, tarped the exposed areas, took over 80 photos for me and suggested I contact my insurance company. Insurance sent out an inspector and Buckey was here to point out what they found. Inspector agreed with issues and insurance approved a new roof. About a week later supplies were delivered and the Eastern roofing team arrived. The lead on the job was David, he was a great guy, walked me through the entire process, and specifically pointed out the detail they went into to insure quality work. The amazing team finished my roof (3000 sq ft house) in one day (about 11 hours), and left the property like they were never there (other than the roof of course). It’s been a couple weeks and we have gotten compliments from neighbors on how good and professional the crew was. I highly recommend Eastern Exteriors."

After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
