"This is our 2nd experience using Jaye. He is very easy to work with and goes the "extra mile" to insure you get what you want and installed by a professional. Our old floor was 17 yrs old and carpet. We needed a wood floor to match the wood floors in the LR/DR. He went out of his way to find a distributor for the flooring we needed(17 yrs old and no longer made).He found one and installed the Bruce Harwood flooring perfectly! Extremely professional! Price more than fair for all the work he did! Floor was installed perfectly! We had a kitchen cabt. door that was never installed correctly and he fixed it perfectly and it took some time to properly do it! He had to re-hinge both doors. Not fun! Thanks Jay...AGAIN!!"

"I selected this company after obtaining multiple quotes for roof replacement.  The quote was for the exact same materials and repairs that the other companies had quoted but at a more reasonable price.  Todd Wolfe contacted me within 24 hours of initial inquiry and scheduled to come assess the roof within 3 days.  He explained the type of work that would be required as well as detailing the materials that would be used.  Once we selected this company to accomplish the work Todd was able to schedule us within 2 weeks.  Prior to our scheduled date Todd was proactive in contacting me regarding the weather which resulted in a 2 day delay but he was out with his crew once the weather was reasonable.  His team was professional and arrived promptly in the morning and completed the work by mid afternoon, afterwards they cleaned up the work area of all debris.  I would definitely recommend this company. <br />"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

Smith arrived on-time and diagnosed the problem.  Due to the danger of a possible collapse of the floor, they immediately scheduled the work to commence.  We met with a project manager who create a plan of action.  The work crew was on-site the next week and showed up on-time.  The work was completed as scheduled and within the discussed budget.  I would hire J.C. Smith again.  I plan on having them do some additional work in the Spring. <br />"
