"John was very responsive when I called for a quote. He came out the next day and explained that due to the colder nights he would be waiting a few weeks prior to sealcoating for maximum results. He also explained that he uses a professional grade material for commercial parking lots so it will last for 3-5 years. Initially it is more expensive, but over time it ends up being cheaper than sealing annually. There was a missed spot next to a curb, but John was good about the touch up. As a result of the continued rain though the process ran about 1.5 months which wasn't a problem at all. Only after John was confident the ground underneath was dry did he schedule the new driveway. <br /> Note the cost was more because they ripped up the old cement driveway with the old asphalt. <br />"
