"Mario was AMAZING. He listened to me talk about my project and gave me lots of different options on how to approach it, taking time and cost into consideration for each one. He was upfront about all pricing, processes, and schedule. I hired Tuchstone to repair a brick wall in my condo kitchen that was previously covered with lathe and plaster. It looks amazing now and I'm so excited to finish my kitchen with these beautiful walls."

"During an on-time inspection, Chuy carefully evaluated my project which involved grinding, brick removal, tuckpointing, caulking. He answered questions, and advised based on evident experience. Rocio at the office efficiently and attentively coordinated. Chuy and Jose conducted the work carefully, beautifully, and efficiently."

"They were on the job working like bees They did a very good job. They rebuilt the chimney, the parapet walls and tuck pointed on the North side of my building it looks very good."

"Mike and his crew did a superb job. Mike responded to my request for quote within an hour. The job was very small but his price was fair so I hired him. He communicated very well. Mike's crew replace three bricks in the outside wall of our 80+ year old Chicago bungalow to close up the hole left by a dryer vent we removed. I will definitely hire him again for brick work or tuck-pointing. Here are some pictures, before, in-process and after:"

"They came on to the worksite and did the job as quickly as possible despite the rain stopping them one day. The crew was professional with the supervisor providing his expertise to the completion of the project. My is an older home and they dealt with the older bricks and older mortar. You can hardly see the new mortar."

"Mitch and Spencer handled my tuck pointing job, which started out small but turned out to be large, professionally. They knew what the problem was with water infiltration and how to treat it. Their tuck-pointer did really great work on the stone and brick and rebuilding my rear stairs and he left the place spotless. I will definitely re-hire them for projects I have coming up."

"Rob and his crew did a great job.. outside tuck pointing, crack repair, new damper, holes filled. Inside new mortar, smoke chamber fire proofed, new ceramic logs, silica, gas line. Showed us how to operate the new damper and light the fireplace. Perfect job."

"Team cut out brick from 2 basement windows that only had small vents. Installed full sized windows and addressed all necessary brick work and lintel to secure the structure. Very professional job. Full Clean up every day."

"Purchased a new multi-flat house to live in and rent, and what we hoped were small issues in the roof ended up being big ones that necessitated a new roof or a repair. They explained both options (repair or new roof) fully and carefully, and were extremely transparent about the cost, the ideal solution, but also what would work for a while. Because the property we purchased also ended up having mold issues, doing the job the right way was our priority, and we went with the new roof. Alsip were *extremely* responsive and worked hard to fit us in before more bad weather hit, which we really really appreciated. Because we were not able to be present for the install, they sent us a ton of before, after, and in-process pictures as well. We'd go with them again in a heartbeat for any roof projects (we're intending to do a green roof down the road and will be calling Alsip first), and encourage everyone else to do the same."

"Mario and his team were great. Replaced chimney crown and did tuck point work. Would recommend them for chimney repairs."
