"I reached out to Gorman Carpentry & Restoration to have my back door repairs after the upper glass pane shattered. Lucky responded to my initial message quickly, and maintained pretty open communication throughout the process. Because I had initially gotten rid of the frame holding the glass, it took a while for us to find some thing that would work out, but I was able to get the original frame and that made it much easier for them to replace the glass. Both Lucky and the contractor he sent out also spent a great deal of time communicating with me and trying to come up with alternative solutions in case I was unable to get the frame fixed.Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely call them again for my next home repair."
