"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"Bob the Builder Inc. is an excellent company. They are professional and do outstanding work. Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. "They have tried to bully and take advantage of my family but they won?t do that to me!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! They have made my grandmother house look like a haunted house trying to throw rotten boards back on the fascia as well as offering a quick job of repairing the chimney back which was denied because the trust with their craftsmanship is tarnished! We also had to clean the debris around our house and yard by ourselves! Furthermore their general contractor license expired in June of 2025 so they were doing work ILLEGALLY!!
