"So fast and professional! Two gentlemen; Peter S And Tyler C, came to my home for a consultation for few projects. Both arrived on time, listened to what I was considering and thoughtfully looked at the various areas needing work. They presented me with my options and helped talk through the decision making process. Once we landed on 'let do the gutters first', they broke down the details, materials, steps and costs to insure I understood and was comfortable moving forward. Then, Midwest Home Improvements team came and measured, obtained whatever permits were needed, and had new gutters fabricated and on my house within two weeks without any additional effort or inconvenience on my part. Communication was clear and frequent and there was no mess! If I didn't already know and they weren't a completely different color, I probably wouldn't have even noticed a whole crew of people had been there working. "Premier Pro was anything but professional. The initial sales person insisted that the work could be completed in three days. In fact, it took 3 to 4 weeks. This was not a problem for us. Problems included: 1. the wall between the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom was broken through, 2. the placement of the pan in the shower was not proper properly pitched so that water would collect in the shower. 3. There was water damage in the dining room ceiling below the bathroom caused by leakage from the installation. 4. the shower door was never fitted properly. When I contacted premiere pro they reluctantly sent out an installer to investigate and did so on two separate occasions after that over the course of about eight months. The conclusion was that there was no repair avaialable. The management was also rude and inappropriate. I had to hire another contractor to finally resolve the problem. I was offered $200 as compensation, which I did not accept. Final advice: caveat emptor!!"
