"Great service. Roofers showed up when promised and worked hard to get the job done quickly. Roughly 1 1/2 day job, which included removing at least 2 layers of shingles, replacing some wood, and putting on the new roofing. The price includes a few upgrades and rotted wood replacement, but still a better deal than some other quotes we received. I would recommend Berg Roofing to anyone needing this type of service."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"Great! Jerry’s team did a complete tear off and roof replacement and provided a ten year parts and labor warranty per our quote requirements.(see our previous review from 2017). At that time we reserved our judgement awaiting the test of time. Since then we had a couple minor concerns. First some dripping from our new skylight over the winter of 2018/19. Owner Jerry was helpful, responsive and whenever we made contact. That dripping problem we learned was only condensation during the 24-30 below zero temps we suffered. Nothing was really wrong. More recently, we found some shingles had raised edges at the ridges after high winds and storms. In both cases R K came out and addressed the issues with complete friendly professionalism. That’s why we give them all As and heartily recommend them. We believe they were our best choice for a new roof or repairs."

"I had a very positive experience with this roofing company when we needed several roofing issues addressed. Our flat roof had developed leaks, visible deterioration, and other signs of roof damage, so we contacted them to find out whether repair would be enough or if we needed a complete roof replacement. The team carried out a detailed inspection and explained their findings clearly. They recommended repairing the areas that could be restored while replacing the sections that were too damaged. The flat roof repair and roof replacement work were both completed professionally. I was particularly impressed with the preparation involved. The crew checked the roof surface carefully, addressed underlying issues, and made sure the new materials were installed properly. They also paid attention to drainage and other areas that can cause problems with flat roofs."

"It went very smoothly. This crew has excellent attention to detail. It was a significant effort to keep track of all the wall/roof details of my complex, multi-level roof system. They found all the problems and did all the necessary repairs. They used an assortment of different kinds of treatment and repaired everything. The expert part of the name is well earned."

"Tom was a professional from start to finish, and I immediately felt I could trust him and his crew to do the job right. Tom called me the same day I contacted them for an estimate, and he came to my house within a couple days to look at our roof, measure and provide an estimate. The roofing job was done within a week of initial contact, and we are very pleased with the quality of work, materials and price. The crew took time to tarp the neighbor's house, so as not to damage their property, and they left our yard, gutters and surrounding property spotless (from roofing materials, that is). Overall, we are very happy with the job Tom and his crew performed, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof or repair."

"They did a great job snd repaired my roof within a few hours."

"John and Mike were a pleasure to deal with. They worked on a couple of different projects for our HOA and will continue to be my first call and recommendation for anything tuck pointing or roofing related."

"I highly recommend SPU. We used them for roofing. The owner is great to work with, he always answered my phone call when I called and showed up when he said he would show up. He came out to do a quote on Wednesday, materials were delivered that Friday and the roof was done by that Sunday afternoon. The crew was very respectable, they did a great job cleaning up after the job, there was not a piece of garbage or a nail to be found anywhere."
