"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. We hired Ibro to remodel our kitchen and while he is the nicest guy, he never finished the job, the construction quality and attention to detail were poor, and worst of all was a serious bait and switch from "I'll take care of everything, everything will be so nice, don’t worry" to "that's not in the agreement!" or "That's not my job." We had a written list of included tasks and verbally agreed that when he finished the rooms would be done and there would be no further work, we needed to do. Tasks that he told us were not his job, or not in the agreement: -Replacing the base boards he removed when replacing the floor. -Installing pullout drawers included with our cabinet purchase. -Ensuring cabinet doors were hung straight. -Ensuring outlets were not crooked. -Staining the floor vents to match the flooring he installed. -Fixing the floor that gives when walked on (he replaced the subfloor in that spot!) We gave final payment with two tasks outstanding (he wore me down and I was too tired and too pregnant to fight him) and after multiple follow ups, Ibro never finished either one."
