We purchased the fixtures (with input from QMR), they supplied the drywall, wiring, some plumbing and other behind-the-walls items. They were flexible in allowing a separate contractor come in to fix foundation cracks. We were concerned about COVID and they were cautious in our interactions and always wore masks.
