Early Spring, they rehab’d the paver driveway, straightening bricks, etc. back to new status (installed 17 yrs. ago). They recently repaired the back deck masonary-bricked at a great saving, financially and in time. (Frank dignosed the source of the problem causing the bricks to shift & ameliorated the drainage issue at the time of the deck rehab. The deck bricks had tilted up against the house - others claimed the issue was due to settling/aging & suggested tearing out/replacing the deck!) in addition, Emerald Bloom’s lawn maintenance service is the best we’ve had. "Mario was very professional and explained what he and his team would be doing to repair our cement window sill, tuck pointing our brick work and replacing several damaged bricks in our chimney and resealing the cap. "We started this project with Rob from Fire It Up. We had a crack in the floor of the fireplace to be fixed and we wanted gas logs installed. Rob seemed knowledgeable and personable even the first time he showed up for the initial evaluation and quote. Once he started the job, Rob sealed all the cracks and after a couple days when the cement had cured, he was able to install the gas logs. Rob even returned to fix the way the fire displayed through the logs when we indicated that we were not initially satisfied. He made it right. "The design and selection of plants, shrubs and a tree was different and aesthetically pleasing. The project took place in May, 2018. They included a 1-year warranty on the plants and due to the harsh winter, 6 of the shrubs did not do very well. In May of 2019, I asked that 3 of the shrubs be replaced and to wait on the other 3 to see if they recovered. They quickly responded and replaced all 6 shrubs in mid June and the entire installation is looking very good now (7/21/19)."

"We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work. I highly recommend their company due to their excellent work and commitment to keeping their promises about when and what will be done!"
