We also had a hazard with the powerline where the clamps that are attached to the outside wall of the house were hanging out. "Al had to go into the attic to install the 3 ceiling fans and build supports for each fan.  He also rewired our basement from lots of individual lights with separate on/off pull cords to a double switch system so we can turn on half the lights with one switch and the back half with the other switch.  Also rewired our front door and garage lights so they could be operated from two locations (front door and garage).  Was very careful to clean up everything...including actually vacuuming so there were NO traces of anything left on the floor.  He show up on time and stayed until everything was perfect...and kept his cost at exactly what he quoted.
I would certainly use him again for any electrical work.  Also, Angies List customers get a guarantee that is twice as long as normal!
