I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."

He does great work, responds and communicates well. He's surprised me on a couple of occasions by taking care of some items I thought would require many more dollars to hire a contractor. I didn't mention I live 2,000 miles away from the rental, so it's been a godsend to have Mike onboard. Great guy, does great work."
