The project consisted of a full bath, cigar smoking lounge, family room, game room, full bar, storage room, play nook, and movie theater. Every single detail was payed attention to and the project turned out better than we had dreamed of. I've never seen a cleaner construction site than the one he did at our house. Everything was always tidy and clean even in the early stages when it was a full blown construction site. The inspectors from the village were also very impressed with all of the work that was done.
