To prepare for the basement waterproofing job, Juan and his workers did the demolition: removing all the perimeter wall drywall and most of the drop ceiling in the basement. After the other company installed the drainage tile system, Juan and his workers rebuilt my basement, including framing out all new walls, putting up drywall, sanding and painting the walls, installing new drop ceiling. I also had them put in new plumbing (my house is old) in the basement as well as some new electrical lines, including a new 220 line for my basement shop. Part of the basement floor needed repair, so Juan did that as well. He and his crew did other repairs as well in the basement as well as doing some roof repairs. Juan was easy to work with. He always answered when I called. He took the time with me, answering all my questions. He does a thorough job,"

His estimate was detailed and showed that he understood the root cause (concrete block footing vs 42" pier now required under code). I agreed with his repair approach.
