I made an appointment for the installation of some additional memory and when my contact was subsequently informed by his supplier that the memory was on back order, he was prompt about alerting me to the delay so we could reschedule the installation. There is a minimum (reasonable) fee for a "house call" and the time to install the memory is well less than the allocated hour, so the technician spends the available time "cleaning up" the computer, which is a professional touch that provides more value for their minimum fee. First the new mesh network gives all our TV's, computers, backup generator and speakers far better reception and speed than the older Apple Pods and various audio pieces that still worked, but were outdated.
