"Joshua is a rare breed, a handyman that is not only handy but seems to actually take pride in his work AND cares about his customers.  Every time I text Joshua with a problem he gets back to me within a 30 minutes, always with a positive attitude and a choice of how you want your project done (quick fix or real fix).  He explains everything carefully and asks if you understand or if you have questions.  Best part you get all this and very resonable prices, he expresses the fact that he cares that his customers are not overcharged, another reviewer mentioned character, I think in goes farther...Joshua has integrity, so rare to find in a serviceperson these days.
When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. "Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"

"I worked with Sunrise Roofing and construction for the first time back in August of 2011 where they replaced my roof. This time I had a 300 sqft patio that was enclosed by the previous owner. The job done by the previous owner or who he hired was shoddy at best. So after I decided to open it up I called Mr. Christie of Sunrise Roofing and Construction. He later came over and I told him what I was looking at having done and we later came to a price which we both agreed on. As with the first job he was always on time, cleaned up on a daily basis and worked hard in that 29 Palms summer heat. He worked with the city inspector to make sure all the work was being done in accordance with building codes. All in all as with the first job he did for me this was a pleasant experience. Pricing was definitely fair and I got my moneys worth. I highly recommend Mr. Christie and his company Sunrise Roofing and Construction for any project you have from a re-roof to a full blown re-model, you will not be disappointed. Last but least I must apologize to Mr. Christie for taking so long to write this review."

Communication was easy with both him and his wife who primarily does the scheduling. "There were 16 panels installed on the roof of my residence, which is located in the Inland Empire. The decision to install panels was made because our Edison bill was ranging between $500-$600 per month, during hot summer months. The panels have made a significant difference in our monthly bill. Though we pay a fixed amount each month, it has made an incredible improvement in our finances. 
The representative which assisted us was extremely helpful and professional  in laying out all details pertinent to this process. Panels were installed in a timely manner, and when installation occurred, it was a done quickly. We were very impressed at their honesty as well. During installation, a representative involved in placing the panels on our roof advised some of the roof tiles had been damaged. They informed us of the damage, despite the fact we would have no knowledge of this, and responded rapidly to replace the damaged portion of the roof. 
Installing solar panels has been one of the best home improvements we have invested in. This company is very well organized and professional. We have recommended them to friends and family. A+ organization!

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
