The guys from Wildlife X were very thorough, explaining every step of the process so we knew what they were doing. Because they are not loaded with employees, there were a couple of instances where they showed up later than what we expected, but that was due to scheduling issues. Otherwise, the company communicated with us regularly. The price was high, but reasonable for the work they did, which included setting traps for the raccoon, sealing up areas around the roof and eaves of our house that were vulnerable to invasion, and identifying other pest issues we needed to be aware of.
