Helping hand, home and extra services. Basic work at home include cleaning maintenance lawn care and painting. Extra services include Auto painting and detailing. Other services are listed but not exclusive unless you have inquired and verified the service needed.

Maintenance Plus has been in business since 1985. We have a crew of 4-5 maintenance technicians and 2-3 painters. We have a first hour minimum of $78 and then charge out at 1/4 increments of $50 per hour thereafter. Maintenance Plus is locally owned and operated.
