"great price. would have gotten all fives if not for the following: 1) a little difficult to communicate with via email/phone. 2) asked a few times for the quote in writing and never did get that. 3) was hard to pin down to a day/time for the work to start, but once we did, they stuck with it. we stuck with them because they were doing a neighbor's garage and so they were in the neighborhood, and their price was GREAT. 4) i think they may have used the wrong type of tape when covering up the vinyl on the lanai in preparation to spray stain the cement flooring. the stain bled through the tape and got on the vinyl trim at the floor level. a little disappointing, but it is what it is. i will have to call behr (making of the stain) to see how to get it off, if at all. otherwise, i will have to paint the trim on the bottom. you will have to make up your own mind and weigh your own priorities. nice people, though."
