"Only issue I have had is the finance company. No complaints with the product or installation"

"Lost several shingles in a wind storm. They quickly came out and patched the spots and got a quote for replacement. They worked with me to help answer my insurance companies questions. Then did a full replacement after insurance company inspected. Easy to work with, cleaned up after themselves and very quickly tore is off and replaced our shingles!"

"Professional service; great communication, work was scheduled and completed on-time, minimal clean up once they were done, and very knowledgeable in trying to determine what shingles and colors to use."

"Sears referred me to One Day Roofing. They were quick, ordered the shingle color and shading I wanted. Roofers came two days later at 6:30 am and worked for two days. We called them back because of excessive metal debris on the ground and a problem where flashing was not replaced. They did this work the next day but left extra shingles and flashing in a pile in our yard and havent picked it up 7 days later."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
