"Pat mostly works by himself since he is a perfectionist. He is very detail-oriented and will not cut corners regardless of whether a defect would be immediately visible to the customer. He anticipates he may need to make additional small repairs and enhancements and usually does so gratis even though his estimate was more than competitive. Since he does many jobs he can offer valuable insights into the latest styles and products if requested. I was very pleased with the end result - his skill and professionalism were very apparent. <br /> Pat also performs handyman repairs and did a few other small projects for me - refinished the grout and caulk in another bathroom that had been poorly done by a previous contractor, repaired an interior door that had been badly planed and scratched, <br /> repaired a sticking sliding pantry shelf drawer that I was unable to figure out and most notably added a beautiful frame to a mirror that was glued to a wall. Again I was very happy with the results and the improvement they made to the house. As was typical, Pat <br /> was prone to fixing other items he would notice "in the vicinity" (such as scratches in the woodwork) if he could do so. <br />"
