Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. "We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. "The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"I got a good first impression of the company from Tim, who came and performed the initial quote for the job. I feel that the workers that showed up were in a rush to get out of there, without doing a thorough job. Asked them to go back and do a little bit of rework to the specifications of the quote before they left, and they did. There were a couple of minor issues I discovered after settling the payment for the job. I was in a hurry to get the room completed, so that it could be drywalled that week. So I bought another bag of cellulose to finish the biggest problem areas myself, instead of bringing up those issues with the owner. There were one, or two areas that had not been filled to capacity, or were entirely neglected. The netting around light cans were off-center so cellulose was settling and falling through those holes. The area above the garage door was not netted off, so every time I opened the garage door, cellulose shot out of the cavity. So, there were lots of minor details that I cleaned up myself. It is entirely my own fault that I didn't work with the owners to resolve these issues. I got the impression that the owners do care about their customer's experience, and so I cannot fault them for that. Despite the minor quality issues, that I addressed on my own time. The value of hiring out Reed's to perform the job was a great value to me so that I could focus on my own profession. The added insulation will certainly pay for itself over the coming winter months."

"I had a major problem with my basement walls. The basement did not have a sub pump and the walls were full of water. After several outrageous quotes from the big waterproof companies, i got in touch with K&M Contractors. Matt came out right away to asses the water issues. I was shocked at his quote. K&M was willing to do more footage for less cost than the other quotes. K&M trenched 40 ft around the interior basement foundation, installed drainage pipes, and installed a sub pump. The water issue no longer exist. In addition to the basement, i had two exterior support walls that were also full of water and leaning in about an inch. K&M installed two I-beams on each wall, drained out all the water and installed a french drain to get the water away from the house. All this happened in three days. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Now I can sleep a little better knowing my 60 year old house no longer has basement water issues. K&M did an amazing job. Highly recommend."

They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and put a lot of work into getting through our thick basement slab, they did a great job on drainage and we haven't had water problems since.
