Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. "I had a major problem with my basement walls. The basement did not have a sub pump and the walls were full of water. After several outrageous quotes from the big waterproof companies, i got in touch with K&M Contractors. Matt came out right away to asses the water issues. I was shocked at his quote. K&M was willing to do more footage for less cost than the other quotes. K&M trenched 40 ft around the interior basement foundation, installed drainage pipes, and installed a sub pump. The water issue no longer exist. In addition to the basement, i had two exterior support walls that were also full of water and leaning in about an inch. K&M installed two I-beams on each wall, drained out all the water and installed a french drain to get the water away from the house. All this happened in three days. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Now I can sleep a little better knowing my 60 year old house no longer has basement water issues. K&M did an amazing job. Highly recommend."
