Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

I had several companies out initially and was not very impressed with them. they were just throwing out large numbers and not really spending time on explaining the details of the work. rick from buckeye came out and spent several hours on his first visit. rick was very patient with my wife and I. he walked us through the process step by step. he was very knowledgeable and very detailed in the work to be performed. he answered all of our questions from the city permit process to the actual work. he told us exactly what to expect and that's exactly what we got. when the crew arrived on Monday the foreman bryon walked us through the work card and explained what they would be doing day by day. bryon was extremely polite and curtious to our needs. we had a few plants that we wanted to keep so he dug those out first and set them aside so as not to damage them. they worked very hard and were very neat in keeping the job clean. I was happy to make them hamburgers and hot dogs for lunch every day. the inspections all passed and I couldn't be more pleased. the half of driveway they had to take out looked so good that we had them remove the rest and replace all of the concrete drive. I would like to thank them for all there hard work. they were wonderful. I would also like to thank rick for coming out three separate times before we decided to do the project. all the other companies wanted us to contract within 20 minutes of being there. it was a big decision for my wife and I but we sure are glad we went with buckeye waterproofing. thanks again for all your help!

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. We were not expected to use the home warranty that came with out purchase, but so happy we had it within months of moving in we had failures of the appliances. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."

"My outside unit was frozen so the heat was not working correctly. We had to manually switch from neat to emergency heat on our thermostat. They came out a total of three times. We went through American Home Shield so we only paid the $75 service fee.
The first time they sent a very nice gentleman. He explained that my outside unit was frozen up because of how cold it was. He explained how the emergency heat selection works on my thermostat. He said when the weather was above freezing they could come back out and find out what the exact problem was.
A month later my husband called to find out what was going on. The weather had warmed up a bit and we never got a call. The man we talked to on the phone should not be in customer service. He was rude and basically implied that we were lying. He said that everything had been resolved and that we had paid out service fee to be "educated on how a heat pump works". That's when we "lost it". I will confess that we got ugly and threatened them with all sorts of action. My husband demanded that someone call him before the end of the day with a proper resolution. They called us back and said that they would be out the next day.
The next day the same nice gentleman and another gentleman came to look at the unit. The second gentleman was the owner's son. He apologized for the rudeness the day before and said that the person had been educated in proper customer service. The owner's son is a very nice young man. He was earnest in his apology and wanted to make things right. I felt they did the right thing.They found the problem and said they would give us a call when the parts had come in.
About a week later we got the call that the parts were in and they came out the next day.Once again a tech and the owner's son came. The repair was done quickly. everything is going smoothly.
I feel that we talked to the wrong person on the phone. Everyone that we had personal contact with was friendly and professional. I would use this company again.
