"I am just blown away. Micheal came to assess our issues and from the very beginning, he was wonderful. I had a bad experience with a rude plumber from another company the day before and was almost scared to call. He immediately put me at ease, looking through our list of possible problems and tackling our most urgent (backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and a toilet) so that we could use them again. He even showed me how to set up a homemade fruit fly concoction to battle the gnats that had been breeding in the old disposal! He was able to connect me with another company that handles water damage restoration (American Water Damage is awesome too) to figure out where a leak in kitchen ceiling was coming from. Michael was still here when the rep came and walked him through everything. Micheal went above and beyond in every way. He was very clear on pricing of each element so I could pick and choose what to do first. He did the best he could to save us money. ""Bundling" a review for 3 jobs from January 2016 through March 2017. After a neighbor recommended another plumber to address a few minor problems, we found McCoy and are glad we did. While our "recommended" plumber indicated our low pressure was due to issues with our water supply line (since our PRV was open all the way), McCoy correctly diagnosed the problem as just the opposite - the valve was fully CLOSED. Our McCoy tech adjusted our pressure to increase flow while minimizing pipe noise in conjunction with a swap of three builder Delta showerheads for new Speakman heads. Late last year, Josh installed a new condensate drain through a wall in a bonus room to our vent stack to accommodate permanent installation of a dehumidifier. Scott (the owner) provided the quote and was involved in the design, and the solution is working perfectly 6 months later. Keep in mind that you are paying for high-quality, well-trained plumbers, so a service call to clear slow drains may not be the best use of their time or your $! In retrospect, $155 to clear two slow drains was a job better suited to my own or a handyman's abilities and pay scale!"

I had been speaking with Jim who was extremely responsive and professional.  I left a voicemail for him letting him know what I needed and he called me back within 15 minutes.  We set a day and time during the initial call for the install.  Saturday morning I received a call that they would be there by 8:00 and John came right at 8:00.  John, was extremely courteous and very professional.  John removed the old dishwasher and cleaned the area.  Once the new dishwasher was installed, John made sure to let it run for a while to make sure there were no leaks.  John removed all the foam and plastic that came with the new dishwasher and left my kitchen in the same shape it was when he got there.   John finished in about 2 hours and was on his way to his next job.  This was such a great experience I am definitely using Gentile Pluming in the near future for other pluming needs that are coming up.  Thank you so much Jim and John for such a great experience.
