I am on an on-going membership and they come out and treat anytime I see evidence of termites for a reasonable annual fee. The provide great service and know what they are doing - very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with termites. I also like the non-harmful-to-pets product they use because I have 2 indoor cats and would worry about health issues otherwise.
