Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. After the dig, the soil and grass was replaced and can hardly tell that any work was done. They also cleaned the dirt/mud on the concrete walk way. Thank you Miguel and team for the great work."

"The plan was to come out and do a leak detection which is costly, but they would apply that charge to repair if they did the job. I think this meant putting a camera into wall to check what was leaking and how bad it was? Christian came out and spent a good amount of time, thoroughly checked for moisture inside and out, without opening wall and realized there is no moisture! After seeing the damage to stucco he thinks that rain is probably getting in through the bottom of our window. Well, the outcome was that they didn't charge me for the leak detection check, but only a nominal fee for coming out. Also, they honored the $20 coupon, even though I later realized that it was only supposed to apply to a bill over $100!! Looks like I have found a new trustworthy plumber for all our future needs! Now on to find someone to repair the window."
