The work is labor-intensive and relatively expensive, so we settled on just having the shower stall, tile around the bathtub faucet, and the grout around the sink and adjacent tile done, which were the worst areas. Julio worked hard and did a very good job (I gave him a B on quality, but that is due more to the age of the tile than Julio's efforts). He was very easy to communicate with, and even brought by an extra amount of grout touch up after the job was done, when I asked for it. I am happy with the results, and they have held up well during the past nine months."

"I have used this service a few times previously and, as usual, Luis and Steve arrived promptly, if not early, to our 9am Saturday appointment.  We reviewed the work to be performed and they got started.  I was happy to have both guys with 2 vehicles there as it would have taken hours for one person to do the entire job.  They did a thorough job and were careful to protect areas where the hoses would rub against painted surfaces or furniture. Very professional.
