He and his partner Scott completed all of the work, which required first building a large new deck that was sympathetic to our quirky home. He was super patient and flexible, as our City's administrators, who changed things multiple times. The front wall of the house needed the exterior door and picture window "swapped," which require supporting the roof, accommodating building/electrical inspectors, keeping everything safe from weather (thunderstorms), keeping our interior as unaffected as possible. All was completed in WFY's typical excellent manner. Oh, and they kept us personally safe from COVID, too, as we have health challenges. When the project was completed, everyone who walked by (we're on a corner - plenty of activity) took time to tell us how great it looks! We are totally thrilled with all of WFY's capabilities. Rob and Scott are valuable providers we call upon regularly - we so highly recommended WFY we lack the words to express! Hire them - you'll be the better for it!"

"Chris & his crew arrived on time, they had to remove the existing tree, plant the new tree and create a stone tree well around the nw tree.  It turned out just like we wanted.  They also installed some small shrubs for us to improve the overall appearance of our backyard.  We love it and get compliments on it all the time. <br /> Previous to doing this work for us, Chris & his team installed a paved patio and sidewalk in our backyard that we love.  That's why we knew we needed to go to him when we had this job come up.   <br /> We highly recommend this company for anyone who needs pavers, stone work or landscaping done.  They are reliable and do beautiful work! <br />"

"It was in two stages. They put the patio in back and then did some landscaping in the front. The services were excellent. They draw up all the designs right there. They will give you a 3D rendering of it, of the design first. When they put it in, it was pretty amazing how fast this guy worked. He had to move a lot of dirt and he was done in 2 or 3 days. Their price is probably a little bit high. He is very responsive. A year later I had some problems and he came right out and fixed it."

"Dale, and his staff at Aquatic Rock Formations, is a true professional at installing, repairing, and updating water features. Dale is a problem solver, who is creative and dedicated to doing the job correctly the first time. His extensive experience led him to discover the specific issue with the auto fill on my waterfall on his first visit just three days after contacting him. He immediately telephoned me about the repair, estimated cost, and scheduled the time just a couple of weeks in the future. When an unrelated, unexpected issue was recognized during the repair, he made time in his schedule to return the following day to finish. Then he returned back within two days of the completion to make sure that it operated as expected. It was comforting to be able to reach him when questions arose. The price was both similar to the estimate and fair. I had worked with two other companies regarding the same problem with the auto fill and both were unable to diagnose nor remediate the issue over a four-month time period. I was so impressed by Dale that a number of weeks later, I contacted him about installing lights on the falls. They look fabulous! I plan on using only him for my future projects and highly recommend him for planning, building, repairing, or updating water features."

"The steps replacement was slightly more complex with the location being over an empty cavity rather than on level soil. The top foundation block were crumbling from water damage. Norsk was the only company to address the crumbling foundation block when I was getting quotes. Thanks for that, Randy! Norsk even arranged for someone to come to remove and install a new door and frame as this was necessary to be done at the same time. <br /> Note: There was one residual of an electrical line being accidentally pulled, but Norsk was on top of that immediately to resolve the problem. <br /> The Norsk work went smoothly and the final results are absolutely wonderful. I was very satisfied with the attention to details, response, and outcome. <br /> <br />"

"Overall my experience was positive. Tod is very professional and was by far the more responsive contractor we met with. His proposal was clear and included a calendar/timeline although the project didn't always line up to this timeline. Our remodel started on the date Tod indicated but went longer then the three week timeframe outlined due to a couple fixes that needed to take place. Had these been unnecessary the project would have finished right on time. The Supervisor Steve was in one word AWESOME. If we could have Steve complete the whole project, I'd rank this an A+. Unfortunately, he was pulled for other projects TG Petersen was working on (no different then any other construction firm) TGP finished a 1500 sq ft basement including new ceilings, can lighting, custom lighting over pool table, new wall and double doors for bedroom and egress window. I elected to do the painting, which Tod was more than flexible with which was great. <br />"
