It clogged and backed up into the house again. It was raining sewer water in our basement! Ceiling tiles started falling! I asked my Husband "Oh honey, what are we going to do?!?!" and his quick reply was "Call Chad"! He didn't say call a plumber but told me to find Chad's number and call him. </p> <p>We called Chad at about 9:30am. He was at our house before noon. "veI called Thursday and they said they would have someone out the next day between 12 and 4. The service man (Scott) called about 30 minutes before he arrived and arrived on time. He listened patiently while I explained the problem (downstairs toilet back up) then dug up the tank. He spent about 15 minutes just checking it out to determine the problem. He then said that some systems had an access pipe that would make removing the clog much easier and $200 cheaper. He proceeded, in the pouring cold rain, to dig around the septic tank through near solid rock to try and find the pipe. He probably worked at it for 20 minutes! Our system is very old and didn't have the access pipe but he actually told me how to install it so that I wouldn't have to pay for future clog issues! I asked him if his company told him to try and save customers money and he said and quot;My company wants me to treat our customers right.and quot; Wow. Scott then came into the house and promptly unclogged the septic pipe. I don't have a price comparison because i haven't had this issue before, so I gave it a B because it was expensive though as I said I had no comparison so not really fair on my part :). Anyway, I hope I never need them other than for clean outs but he was wonderful and had such wonderful things to say about his company and his boss! <br />"

"Initially went with another provider who told us our sewer line needed to be replaced ($4000+). Kline's came out and did a camera inspection and told us that it did not need replacing at all. "Paul Francis and Brennan Machemer were the key persons who planned and executed our sewer pipe replacement project at our home on July 19 and 20, 2021. They came to our house two times and answered all our questions and concerns before an investment agreement was signed. There were numerous emails, phone calls that were promptly responded to whenever we needed answers or feedback including correspondences over weekends. The project work was thorough and everything that was specified in the estimate was done as promised. Creative Excavating was amazing. They had several people that worked two long hot days and even planted grass seed after all the laying of the sew pipe to the street was done. Inside the house, Brennan and his crew made sure no items were damaged and cleaned up everything when they were done. All the work was high quality and we have had no issues with all of toilets, drains, all the items that were affected by the sewer pipe replacements inside. Finally, all the contractors that gave us proposals for this project, Benjamin Franklin was the most equitable bid. Paul and Brennan made sure we were satisfied with their recommendations and said to contact them any time with any questions.
