They said to go ahead and move as much of the furniture out of the two rooms as you can and have it ready for them. When the crew got here, and they saw half of our furniture out on the front porch they said, “what’s all of this doing out here?” I said, “we were told to move everything that we could handle.” They said, “oh no, we’re supposed to move it for you.” So, having a bad back and moving all that furniture didn’t do me a whole lot of good, but that’s what happened. Otherwise the cleaning went well. It was a good price for that. It turned out that they did a real good job. I would probably try someone else to see what else is out there on the public market."

"<p>Excellent  service!  Very punctual and friendly.  Daniel responded to my initial e-mail regarding whether or not his company cleaned oriental rugs.  Then he told me they were not far away and would provide pick up and delivery for the rug and quoted me a very good price.  He inspected the rug upon pick up - told me it was well constructed and that he expected no problems with the cleaning.</p> <p>I gave him a date I could get it back - was having hardwood floors installed in the interim, and when I called him to tell him I was ready for it, he brought it out the very next day.  I was very pleased with the cleaning and would not hesitate to use this company again for other carpet cleaning in my home.  I feel the price of $340 for and 8 by 10 rug was very fair because oriental rugs need to be cleaned by hand and need special care.  I did not have any pet stains, just needed a normal cleaning and it came out well.</p> <br />"

"Unfortunately, there were continual problems with an invoice that was supposed to be mailed to us before cleaning.  As a result, it was unclear what we needed to pay each week.  At this point, we still are trying to figure out what we owe them to settle up the account.  Also, the cleaning was not up to the level that we were used to with our prior cleaning service (who moved from the area).  Elaine, the owner, was very courteous and stood by her work volunteering to come back out and redo the areas with which we were dissatisfied.  However, it would have been an inconvenience with our busy family.  We wish them luck with their business but cannot recommend their services to others at this time. <br />"
