He was very professional and explained everything to us. The workers showed up on Monday at 6:45 am. They worked all day. When they were done they cleaned up....until you couldn't even tell they had been here. The job manager, Tom was at the house throughout the day, checking to make sure things were going well. The very next day, Wade arrived promptly, inspected my roof, and then showed me photos as he explained the situation: the flashing around the exhaust fan (as well as other places) was not properly sealed, and there were several exposed nails and penetrations. After he caulked the exposed nails and re-secured the headwall flashing, he showed me photos of the completed work.
