"Very professional. Arrived on time and completed work quickly. The method of cleaning is not a deep cleaning, but he did a great job surface cleaning the carpets and freshening them up. Would definitely recommend for lightly soiled carpets or if you want the carpets to be dry quickly, since we could walk on them right away and they would be completely dry in 1-1/2 to 2 hours. If we had deeply soiled carpets, we probably would opt for carpet cleaners that use a different method, but for what we needed it was perfect. <br />"

"This was a great experience! ServPro answered my email quickly and scheduled a time for a home visit and estimate. There was no pressure to make a decision, but the appointment for the work was booked quickly when I was ready. Each of the employees we dealt with was courteous, informative, friendly, and professional. They arrived on time and the end result was an AMAZING improvement! Dirt, stains, and pet odors were removed, and although I was told ahead of time that some stain or odor might linger, I have been really impressed by all that was accomplished. For the amount of work that was done (including moving the furniture), I felt the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again--although I hope we'll be able to keep it this way a long time!"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Breen's was <strong> VERY prompt</strong> about getting back with me and scheduling an estimate.   So I was a bit stumped on the date of the power washing service. They were scheduled to show up at 9:30 AM.  They showed up at about 10:15, and got to work about 10:30. <br /> <br /> The two man crew was quite meticulous about the exterior surface cleaning, going "plank by plank" on my vinyl siding. The sidewalk scour was a little project creep, but as the sidewalks were no longer than 10 feet, they tossed it in. <br /> <br /> The crew put up with equipment malfunctions and worked until they ran out of daylight.  <strong>Great effort. </strong> House looks great. We'll definitely be using them again! <br />   <br /> We were a bit taken aback by the estimate, but seeing the work the crew put in, it was probably cheap at the price!"

"They did a wonderful job. I'm thinking of getting them back this year again to power scrub the windows, porches and all that stuff. With what they did, I have a huge debt. The price was worth every dime of it. They brought five people and with those five people, they were still here for four to five hours. They did some of the gutters by hand to make sure that they get everything out of there. I cannot say enough good about them. I think the price is reasonable. He even fixed one of my screen doors that was broken for me. You don't find people like that."
