Jason repaired the place that had been repaired incorrectly by previous company. Then he went on to repair the other part that had been in need. He was courteous, explained well, and did everything with precision and care. He was prompt and did more in one day than an entire 3 man crew did in two days. "We were not happy.  They were not the low bidders, but we went with them because of reputation here in town.  When we originally contacted with them it was to take the roof that was on all the way back to the decking to make sure that there was no issue with the decking so they got the under alignment and everything.  Had I not been here and actually watching them and being aware of what was going on, that would not have happened.  I had to stop the crew who did not speak any English.  I'm not opposed to that except that there was nobody here to translate for them.  They apparently were not told what was expected.  We had sort of a battle to get them to comply with what we had contracted for.  They finally did do that, but it just wasn't a good experience at all.  It was way too hard for what it had to be.  The job turned out to be adequate.  It's an adequate roof.  It wasn't the bottom line shingle roof, but it was a shingle roof.  It's architectural shingles.  Had we not stayed on top of it, we wouldn't have had what we contracted to have.  Quality, after the battle is a B.  We would not use them again in the future.            "

"Randall Moore was my point of contact and he contacted me right away to schedule a time to meet my wife and I at the house to explain our options and the repair process. Randall did an excellent job explaining everything to us and scheduled the repairs quickly. They handled everything from communication with the insurance company, detaching the solar panels, replacing gutters as necessary and replacing all other items associated with the roof. Materials used were very high quality. The crew worked really hard to get everything done quickly, as we had storms scheduled to hit the next day.
