Sean and DPS stayed with me through each step of a 4 month fight with the HOA. Sean actually had contacts on the board which eventually reversed their decision against our patio. They did not try to raise the price or back out of the project which others would have done. Job was done timely and professionally. So far no issues or leaks. Great salesman and great company."

The sales man Scott did a great very detailed idea of what needed to be done for the new enclosure with splashguard and all and to current hurricane standards. Very detailed estimate showing they cared. The owner came out too and the works Brennan and Mike did a lovely job this past week taking down the hold and putting up the new enclosure."

"The screen work was excellent the workers very professional. I used them twice between September and October. After Hurricane Maria, to repair about 6 panels and then after Hurricane Irma, I had them come back and replace all other panels. However, communicating with office staff, was more than frustrating. To be fair and understanding that they had no phone access for several days following the storm and as a result it became a hit or miss game using their email and/or their website for messaging. However, my complaint is that after paying for the first replacement visit in September, they did not have my permission to save my card number.. (BTW, I called them to pay them because after a couple of days I realized no one had followed up with me for payment. The next day, another young lady from their office called for payment and I had to tell her to check their records, I had already paid.) A couple of weeks later, in October, they returned to replace all other screens. After a few days of the project's completion and not hearing from them for payment, I called and called and left messages, to no avail. Perplexed, I checked my bank account and saw that they had already charged my card & the transaction was noted as 'RECURRING'! So now, really annoyed, I tried calling again, but again, I had to leave a message. I ended up cancelling my credit card and getting a new one. I did not think they would use my card in any criminal way, but just to be sure... Meanwhile, I had to do all the tedious tasks that one has to do when changing credit cards. I was not happy. Later, the young lady in their office finally returned my call and left a message. I did not call back. The damage was done and the aggravation, complete..It was unfortunate because other then dealing with the office staff everything else worked like a charm. My 'C' ratings is based solely on my interaction or lack there of, with the office staff. I can excuse some of the frustration because of the hurricane interference however, their power and phone services were back on towards the end of project work."

"The scope of our project included tearing down walls, moving water lines and reflooring the entire home. We couldn't be more pleased. Being a large project, anytime there was even the slightest concern, Robert was there to correct things. He kept the project on track and on budget! "I was very pleased with both jobs that they did. I had called them earlier but we had a lot of rain and so he was backed up for a while. It was somewhat later when he came but that was fine with me. It was not an emergency, I was not in a hurry. I paid $2500 for everything, and that included the plants. I haven't had any trouble. I have a large oak tree at the front of my house which had been a problem with previous walkways that I had. The roots of the tree would uplift the other walkways but so far there has been no sign of that with the new walkway. It's very easy to walk on. None of my guests have complained of it being uneven or anything like that. I thought the price was reasonable. I had gotten 3 other estimates and I thought his was fair. He drew up a plan and sent it to me so I could see exactly what he had proposed and what plants he was planning to use, and I was satisfied with all of it."
