He was prompt, knowledgeable and he gave us informational booklets that we could keep to review. He returned our calls in a timely manner if we had additional questions, <strong>without hesitation</strong>. (not all of the companies did this) We also appreciated that although he showed enthusiasm to gain our business...he was not pushy (big plus as I DO NOT like pushy sales people) He did follow up with us prior to us making the decision, but again, it did not come off pushy. <br /> <br />Getting the unit installed was a great experience as well!! Jon & Jed were our techs, and even though Jon was training the other tech , they stayed on schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of our home. Upon completion, Jon gave us a run down of all they did & showed us how to use and maintain our unit. He was great! I am very pleased!!! <br />"
