"I hired Emmanuel 2 years ago for a major remodel of my townhome. The remodel went well and I was very happy with the results. Emmanuel was great to work with, very detailed in his estimate, and very businesslike when I requested changes. I am coming back 2 years later to write this because I did have a problem with some of the tile work. After 2 years, I sent Emmanuel a message with my concern. He immediately sent out a tile technician. He covered the costs of the repair, including procuring additional tile. His technician, Manuel, was extremely competent and kept me apprised every step of the way. When rating a business, I think the ability to overcome an issue is one of the keys one should look for. "In August 2024, my husband and I decided to replace all of our interior furnishings. We originally started our project by working with the “designers” in the stores where we were making major purchases. It took us over 8 months to realize what a BIG MISTAKE that was. Case in point, during our travels over the years, we’ve taken many photos of the places we’ve been. But these photos lived in our phones – where they weren’t being appreciated. Christian had the brilliant idea to showcase the photos on the wall in the dining room using MixTiles; he also suggested making two huge pieces of wall art for both our entryway and our living room. The result is nothing short of amazing. Christian also brought his crews in for electrical work and some painting. They were friendly, professional, speedy, and very clean. Christian was simply a joy to work with and he made our house not only beautiful, but comfortable, functional, and SO US! He was always available for a visit when a piece of furniture arrived, was always honest with his opinion, and always included my husband. Christian turned what was originally a very frustrating project into a wonderful experience and we are thrilled with the end result. Carlos is a perfectionist who wants everything to be perfect when he is finished. He stopped the leaks in two stone fireplaces by repairing and replacing stone and roofing. When he left he said he had every confidence in the repair, and that proved to be true. And, I then hired him later to install a paver patio in my back yard. It looks beautiful. Again every detail was tended to, and the work site left perfect. His workers were a pleasure to work with also, responsible and skilled.
