His team was thorough, replaced sheathing as required, at a great price, without over charging. In early 2023, a storm blew a small piece of soffit off of the peak of my home. It was in a precarious location. I could not make the repair. I wasnà ¢à  à  t sure what company would take a minor repair issue seriously. Although unrelated to the 2018 roof replacement, I recalled Mr Richmond also performs siding installations. I gave him a call. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition.
