Turns out storm water was flooding through the cityâ  s excavation. I donâ  t know what I would have done without his help!"

"I made the mistake of providing my telephone number and after I hit "enter" I received two phone calls from two different providers. This was a little too aggressive for my taste. Dun Rite called first, so I let them come out and give me an estimate. They were willing to do the work that night, but it was too late in the evening for me considering neighbors. They came the next day. Sterling knew what he was doing, but he was strictly a "drain" guy... not a plumber. He also had a trainee with him. While Sterling was very patient with the trainee, I felt that the trainee slowed him down. Ideally, I would have liked to have had someone who was a licensed plumber... not just knowledgeable in clearing drains. However, Sterling was good at what he did and was able to clear my clogged drain. He had to come back the next day, as they lost my check. Additionally, they had to return a third time, as we were left with no hot water. Sterling was professional, polite, and friendly. I would probably call again. Although, if you're not sure what the problem is... it might be better to contact a plumber."

We knew the split unit needed replacement, and Tim discovered that the compressor for the main system was shorting out. GAC was able to get me a quote and replace that unit within the week. Very rapid and responsive. Team was incredibly professional and was very careful to talk me through each step. They gave me options when there were routing decisions to make and came to me to ok everything step by step. They left the work areas cleaner than when they arrived too.
