A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. "The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
