He explained to us that the stain penetrates into the wood and hydrates it so it retards cracking. And there is a warranty for both the deck and the fence. I highly recommend Desk Rescue."

The painters also replaced rotted wood in numerous places, and completely re-screened the back porch, and installed two brand new screen doors in that back porch. When we added a 4th color, there was no extra charge. The 2-person paint crew (Gabriele and his brother) were very professional and knowledgable, not to mention skillful in painting. Two coats everywhere, and it looks spectacular. My only negative comment is communication between the painters and the home office was sometimes not as good as it could be, but that was a minor issue."
