"I had a wet floor possibly due to water seepage in my bathroom on second floor and the vinyl started bubbling up. Upon inspection there was mold growth. Frank from COIT came for an initial review and to provide an estimate. He really made me comfortable about the whole situation and explained very clearly about what his crew is going to do in the next 2-3 days. These guys carry experience and their pricing was not off the charts either. They also took the job quickly and eagerly and the guys showed up at my door the very next day. I am a happy customer. I could have given an all 5 rating, but something the crew need to improve on -- I had to tell the boys to cover their footwear or the carpet when they walked in with a big dehumidifier. They did that promptly before starting the job, but they missed it after the job was complete. So , I am taking a half point away, still giving them a 4.5 rating for the excellent service I received. They are highly recommended and I will hire them again for any future work I may need."

He came back to do detailed measurements after we confirmed the design--he is very detailed and wanted to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The deconstruction of the current shelves and installation of the new took one day. He brought a colleague to assist him who was also very professional. They worked non-stop...I couldn't even get them to take a break! And they were extremely careful with their equipment...everything was kept very clean and they were so careful to not scratch our hardwood floors. I would highly recommend Andy to others.
