"What a great experience ! After becoming accustomed to contractors who donâ t return calls , donâ t show up as scheduled , have a revolving door of inexperienced employees who are frequently characters you do not want in your home , CNY Flooring was a breath of fresh air ! Sid promptly got back to me , was able to get me on the schedule right away and showed up on time everyday until the job was finished . Sid and his two employees were friendly ,courteous and professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I absolutely LOVE my new hardwood floors , which replaced nasty disgusting carpet in four bedrooms . The whole process was so pleasant and easy that I plan to have them install new flooring in my basement. I feel like his price was reasonable, although I must admit that I didnâ t get other estimates because I was so impressed with his initial responsiveness and wanted to avoid the whole hassle of getting others to return my calls to secure estimates . I just went with my gut and Iâ m so glad I did . I am thrilled with the work and feel like I paid a fair price ."

"Our pro was amazing and he did it all by himself!"

"Scott did a great job installing my floors! He installed prefinished hardwoods in my upstairs, downstairs and staircase. My floors are beautiful!"

"I’m really happy with how my new laminate floors turned out. The installation itself looks great—it’s a big improvement to the look of my home. The crew was efficient and got the job done well. The only downside was the amount of dust left behind. The new floors, mudroom, and even my garage were completely covered in dust after the job. Six months later, I’m still finding dust in the garage. That said, the final product looks fantastic and I’m overall very satisfied with the quality of the work. Thank you Courtney and Tim."

"Brandon called within a couple hours of my online request. He tore apart our old deck and rebuilt the underneath while saving our composite deck boards and railings. He did this job in two days! His attention to detail, integrity, and ability to communicate issues he saw were a much appreciated trait that you don’t find with many contractors these days. I will definitely hire him again!"

"Excellent job, very helpful to get everything done right. Friendly crew and professional. High-quality work and I will definitely rehire on my next project."

"The bill shows 8% sales tax on a tax exempt Home improvement. I explained that New York State form ST241 would help eliminate the sales tax portion of the billing on this home improvement when signed off by both parties. The project was completed perfectly as expected."

"Did what they promised and showed up on time and remained until the job was done. Could have cleaned up a bit better but on the whole Steve and Zach are friendly, professional, and skilled in carpentry and other types of contracting work."

"I can't say it enough the deck came out beautiful. He pays so much attention to detail and had to add a few things along the way, but he kept us informed of what we needed to add so we could give the go ahead without having surprise added cost. We have used James and his wife for other projects around the house and will continue to do so. Everything is always done exceptionally well and they stand behind their work. Best of the best for sure! Thanks again as always guys!"
