Although a quote was given based on the pictures I sent, they offered to send someone over to actually see the work and give me a quote. Once we decided to go with MB Link they scheduled on our requested day. The team member sent to do the work arrived when expected, explained everything she was planning to do and why and kept us informed throughout the project. At the completion she explained all the paperwork, including the writing on the back of the sheet. And reminded us not use the tubs for a set time. He worked within our budget and communicated throughout the whole process. Zero surprises! Work took 3 guys about 5 days on brick and detail trim work. Also replaced some rotted pieces of wood that were part of trim and porch. Very impressed with the quality and final result. I am a perfectionist and I could not find one mistake they made on the whole house! Would definitely hire again."
