The task required creative solutions to solve problems with old windows and fit the shutters on casement windows without interfering with the mechanisms. The Blinds Etc personnel were knowledgeable and skilled, they had confidence they could do the job, and the shutters fit perfectly. The product is excellent and the service was impeccable. We liked the shutters so much, we had them come back and install shutters in two additional rooms. Highly recommended."

Of those I contacted, Annie was the only one who would go with me to each supplier to be sure my selections worked together. She worked with me & understood the changes I wanted, large pantry & more counter space. She made suggestions to make my kitchen more efficient, i.e. mixer shelf that was hidden in a cabinet, spice drawer & utensil drawers. Her input was invaluable & everything came together nicely.
