"I contracted with Plumb Tite to fix\replace my current basement sump pump system and also take care of a leak from my 1st floor shower drain. They sent out a representative (Sara) who did a thural job of assessing the situation and offered me a few options to best suit my requirements. I selected the most complete option. For the Sump system, I elected to have a battery backup with 2 pumps installed. I also needed to have the Sump discharge re-piped and checked, making sure it was working without any obstructions. Dustin and Brandon arrived at my residence at the arranged time and commenced working on the project. They kept me apprised of the progress throughout the morning. They both were very professional and respective of the current social distancing practices that are in place because of COVID 19. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and all debris were cleaned up nicely. Dustin and Brandon debriefed me on all the work done, explained the operation of the new sump system and proved the associated manuals. Brandon also made it a point to let me know the details of the warranted work and materials. I was happily surprised that the coverage was so great and really feel that Plumb Tite is serious about doing great work at a reasonable cost. Lastly I was contacted a day after the work by Betty, who wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was completed. She also communicated how Plumb Tite stands behind their work and excels at customer service. I am convinced that is true. I can now understand why Plumb Tite has so many great reviews of their work. They ended up having to tear out the perimeter foundation and add drains and replace our sump pump, next big rain it leaked again and they came out and redone everything again and added a bigger sump pump and that did the trick, we have been basement flood free for 5 years now thanks to everdry. "The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"When installing a new refrigerator, the knob to turn the water off fell off in the service man’s hand and water was going everywhere. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. In a panic I found Home Advisor and after inputting my info, Amy from Mr. Rooter called within five minutes. After looking at her schedule, she said a tech would show up in 30-60 minutes. Don’t remember the time exactly, but Mike D. showed up in about 35-45. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate. He said that there was a slow leak that had messed up the drywall and he had to cut it out. He installed all new pipes, bought a 2x4 because the new box was smaller than the old box and basically redid the entire site. Mike was so nice and explained everything he did. He realized that I was stressed and made every effort to make this process as easy as he could. If the service men would have brought the new refrigerator inside, Mike D. would have installed it for me. (They came back later and there were no issues installing the new fridge). When I first got the estimate I thought it was high, but I had no choice. In retrospect, I received much more value for my money. I will hire Mr.Rooter and Mike D. for any future plumbing projects."

There was a small snafu with clearance of the water heater exhaust, which was noticed by the technicians before beginning the work.
