"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"as I called The Appliance Shop last Friday, and the receptionist took my information and arranged for a service call on Monday.  She indicated that they would give us a phone call on Monday before the technician arrived and give us enough time to be sure to be present when he arrived.  On Monday I called back and asked if they could come as early as possible, given that we had some activities that would take us away from the house during the day.  She arranged with the technician to make us his second stop for the day, so he was here by 9:30 a.m.  When he arrived he dismantled the dryer and carefully checked all of the switches to make sure they were functional and not responsible for the problem.  The last step was to check the power source, and he determined that the 220 receptacle was faulty and the reason for the problem.  The dryer was fine, the power source unreliable.  I indicated I would change out the receptacle on my own.  The bill for the analysis was $53.26, a very reasonable price for exactly the information I needed.  I changed out the receptacle and the dryer is back in business. Jeremy was professional and very capable.  I was completely impressed with the punctuality and performance of the technician and the company. I'd definitely use them again based on this experience.

"The Sears service was fine.  He did fine. I'd say it was more expensive than I'd anticipated but the work was fine. He was prompt. He did primarily, I think, Sears work. I got on line and contacted Sears repair. He's located somewhere in the Topeka vicinity, whoever the repair man was. That was $400. It's a riding lawnmower.  He did a good job on the work. He was prompt and all that. The only complaint I had is that it was expensive. I don't know that he was out of line but... Everything was A except for the price.  The price was C. I doubt that he set the prices. He did everything well as far as I know. He showed up on time, did the work well and was out of here."

"I have Rescue Link's Single PC Pack which is an extended warranty for my laptop and also has unlimited tech support.  I use the tech support every month to run a PC tune up and it doesn't cost me any sort of fee or deductible beyond what my monthly charge is.  My laptop is three years old and I purchased this warranty earlier this year.  I recently spilled a soda on my laptop and called to file a claim.  This warranty covers accidental damage for laptops and tablets so I was able to call to file a claim.  They answered the phone and asked a few questions like: what is the serial number of the laptop, what operating system do you use and about how much did you pay for the laptop.  After answering these questions, they told me that my claim was approved and that I would receive a postage paid box within two business days.  I received the box with the materials required to safely ship my laptop.  It was actually kind of funny because they even provided a premeasured length of tape to close the box.  I filled out the paper asking for my password (so that they can get into the computer to make sure that the repairs were completed) and took the box to the UPS drop off site.  Two days later I got a call stating that they received the box and would start repairs.  Three days after that, they called me and told me that they had everything except the keyboard fixed and were just waiting on the new keyboard.  Two days later, I was told that they had the keyboard and would be shipping me my repaired computer and I should receive it in two to three business days.  All said, it only took seven days from the time that they received my computer for me to get it back.  They even cleaned it.  I am very happy with this service.
