He was there within about 15-20 minutes. It did not take long to put the part in and everything was working just fine. It only cost $265.00 for both trips out, the part and the labor! "I called they came out on holiday evening and successfully opened a main line. They did the job another company failed to do (Reddi Services). Took a while to get the invoice, but they were fairly easy to work with. The line backed up they came out again no charge, but when they realized what was going on made me aware of the issue and advised it voided their warranty. I can live with fairness. I ended up having to have a third call, they got it open explained in depth what was going on what my options were and offered camera service to verify. I can't do shady service and my advice is to call this company out to get the job done. If I have to spend the kind of money I did to get the service done I want results not excuses. Snake and Rooter gave results and will be my go to for now when I need rooter services."
