I've done every type of residential building project imaginable; from an 11,000 square foot home (with three stair cases and an elevator) to trimming a window. I offer several payment options for homeowners; 1) quoted contract, 2) time & materials, or 3) hire by the hour. I also offer consulting services on your home design or, if you already have plans, I can review them for accuracy before your project begins. I've been able to save homeowners thousands of dollars by reviewing their plans BEFORE they begin their project.
