"Ricky went above and beyond to ensure my repair was done in a timely and excellent manner. He ordered parts, talked me through options, and demonstrated he had my best interest in mind. He was open about the options and creative about what could be done and how. After various trips for parts and hours spent on the project we came up against an impossible situation. The washing machine bolt was stripped and cutting it would mean leaving a part of it in the washer transmission, which would ruin the washing machine. So, Ricky communicated that he wouldn't be able to fix it and that he was sorry about the time invested in the project. While cleaning up the workspace I felt a ping on my phone and I discovered Ricky had refunded me the fees I'd paid him to evaluate the appliance, EVEN AFTER HOURS OF WORK, miles of travel for parts, and even INSTALLING SOME NEW PARTS. "Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"The, technician, Miguel, showed on time and was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my fuse box and Miguel was able to fix the problem. There was only a $97 fee for the work provided. Miguel noticed that that my system needed maintenance and provided me with a maintenance contract for a year which was the bet solution for my system. I'm very happy with their service and I will definitely use this company again for their excellent customer service and I highly recommend UMC.

"Leonard from All American Smart Appliance Co. arrived early which was much appreciated and even called before he arrived to make sure I would be at home.  He quickly diagnosed the problem with our refigerator, explained what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix.  When Leonard was fixing the problem, he showed me what he was fixing, which I thought was very respectful.  After he fixed the problem, he even wiped down the refigerator.  Today, the frige is running beautifully.  I am very appreciative to Leonard and will call All American again if I should need them in the future!"
